Empowering Women to Advance in Tech
The tech industry continues to grow rapidly, yet women remain underrepresented—limiting access, visibility, and opportunity. This program is designed to help change that. As part of Veeam’s investment in advancing women in tech, the EmpowHer VMCE+ Accelerator provides 50 women with fully funded VMCE+ trainings.
Originally launched in 2023, the program has evolved into a focused, cohort-based accelerator designed to help participants build technical skills and gain momentum in their careers.
The accelerator focuses on the first of four courses in the VMCE+ training bundle—Veeam Backup & Replication—equipping participants with the skills to install, configure, and manage the Veeam Data Platform. Upon completion, participants earn a badge, build confidence, and gain access to the remaining courses to continue their path toward the VMCE+ certification exam.

- Once accepted, complete onboarding, meet your cohort, and get set up for the program.
2. Learn & Engage
- Participate in a 14-week, virtual cohort-based program.
- Complete the Veeam Backup & Replication: Configure, Manage, and Recover training through guided e-learning.
- Bi-weekly cohort sessions led by Veeam VMCE+-certified women, with progress check-ins.

Designed for individuals looking to validate and strengthen deep technical expertise.
- 5+ years of hands-on technical experience.

- Seeking to formalize existing skills and deepen technical mastery.
Early Career
Designed for individuals entering or transitioning into tech.
- 0–5 years of professional experience.
- Graduating, recently graduated, or transitioning into tech.
- Limited hands-on experience.
- Completed foundational learning with a plan to enter a technical role.
Program Requirements
- 14-week time commitment throughout the program.
- Active participation in learning, cohorts, and check-ins.
- Ownership of your learning progress and follow-through.
