Melissa Palmer is a product strategy technologist at Veeam and a VMware Certified Design Expert (VCDX‑236). Melissa has been focused on the full infrastructure stack in her career and started out as a VMware engineer for a number of enterprise environments.

Kirsten Stoner Analyst, Veeam Product Strategy

Kirsten Stoner is a technical analyst on the Product Strategy Team at Veeam Software. Kirsten’s specialization is focused on technical community interaction in forums and events online and around the world. Kirsten holds the Veeam Certified Engineer (VMCE) credential and specializes in Veeam’s backup and management products. Kirsten has an additional specialization in Veeam’s popular Community Edition, a free offering to the IT community.

Drew Como Sr. Manager, Infrastructure Operations

Drew Como is a technical hands‑on leader and architect with 25+ years of experience in hardware, software and technology. His career has been primarily focused around software companies, and he has shipped over 100 different software products — from desktop applications and security suites to server solutions and video games.

Drew's current focus is on the next evolution of data center design and migrating workloads to the cloud, focusing on Microsoft Azure with strong attention to data security and availability, including replication, backup and cloud disaster recovery. He is a member of several local technology community groups and a proud Veeam Vanguard since 2017.
