What is Women in Green?
Women in Green (WiG) is an organization within Veeam® Software that’s led by both women and men who are devoted to the investment of time, resources and networking opportunities for our employees. It offers professional curriculum, webinars, event‑sponsorship and local chapters that are designed to increase the career development of all Veeamers. We also offer a mentoring program that is specifically for women. Establishing a more formal mentoring program for women provides opportunities for those who are looking to feel more empowered in their current role and to grow within the organization either through promotion or movement to other roles that may interest them.
Our mission
Our mission is to connect women of all stages in their career and assist in their development by fostering an environment that facilitates career growth and recognizes professional achievements. We will continually lead with Veeam’s Core Values to advance, cultivate and preserve our culture of inclusion and belonging.

The goal of our chapters is to engage with all Veeamers by holding regular activities and events in our offices that promote career advancement, networking, and evangelizing our core values.

Women in Green organization’s goal is to support capable women in achieving leadership positions. This initiative goes beyond Veeam. This is a part of a larger movement to ensure that women achieve equality in reaching any leadership role in the world and to establish this as the new normal. The ultimate success would be for the next generation of women in all industries and all professions to never even think about “women in leadership” but simply pursue excellence in whatever field they choose and naturally progress without anyone questioning their fit or posing any glass ceilings.
